Cameron Is Too Cute!

Got an update from Cameron's PR today, how fun is that!

She reports that Cameron is doing very well with housebreaking, even running to the back door to ring the "I need to poop" bell hanging on the door. What a champ. Unlike his sister Carlita who has had a few barking issues, Cameron is a quiet little guy who enjoys his new family, human and canine.

Off To A Great Start

I've heard from several of the puppy raisers for the "C" pups and it sounds like they are all off to a great start. It's so nice to see pictures of your pups growing and settling into the new phase of their lives. A big treat for me was seeing Carlita at puppy class this morning and meeting her puppy raisers. As the picture shows, Carlita is as cute as ever!! She remembered her breeder caretaker and rewarded me with some sweet puppy love.

With eight pups, four of the CCI regions received two Omeeka x Terence puppies:

Northwest - Carlita and Carlin

Southwest - Charlene and Cheri

North Central - Cameron and Carter

South East - Costello and Cyrus

Litter Picture - The Real Deal

Friday and Saturday were litter picture practice and litter picture days! Woowhoooo, the "C" litter has been photographed to the hilt. Enjoy!

Litter Picture Practice

As they say practice makes perfect, so in anticipation of Cindy's visit tomorrow the "C" litter and I did some litter picture practice. And yep, oops, that was Jay rolling off the sidewalk into the swimming pool, wheelchair and all. The pups did great, but it is a very challenging task to tire them out, dress them up, pose them, and shoot. So happy that they are so cute, makes the picture taking fun rather than work.

The Morning Rush

The "C" litter pups have the BIGGEST energy blast in the morning. Their typical day entails an early breakfast - 5:30 a.m. ish, followed by a bit of play in the house. Then it's nap time again until about 8:30 a.m. Nap is followed by outside playtime -wooowhooo, the pups love to run around in the big patio pen. I think of it as the "morning rush", way different from when I used to rush to work in the morning and lots better!
